Midland Eyecare COVID-19 Information
WE ARE OPEN!!
As always, the health of our patients, and our employees is our top priority. As a result, we wanted to take the time to remind you of the precautions we are taking to ensure everyone is safe and healthy.
What we ask of our patients:
If you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or if you have been in contact with someone that has tested positive or is presumed to be positive, we ask that you reschedule your visit.
Please come to your visit by yourself. If the appointment is for a child or for someone who requires assistance, we ask that you limit to one parent or caregiver.
If someone needs to bring you to your appointment, we ask that they wait outside or in their vehicle.
Upon your arrival, we will ask that you wait in your vehicle until we phone you to come in.
We ask that patients print the “Vision and Health History Form” from our web site and arrive to their appointment with forms already completed.
All patients who enter the clinic must wear a mask and use a hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon arrival.
Steps we are taking to ensure your safety:
We will be screening every patient at the time that they make their appointment and again when they enter the practice for any signs or symptoms of COVID-19.
Our examination rooms, equipment, instruments and waiting room will be sanitized with enhanced frequency. Every frame that has been tried on will be sterilized after each use.
We will limit the number of people in the practice to ensure proper compliance to social distancing recommendations.
We will take all steps necessary to ensure the safety of our patients and staff at all times. We thank you very much for your patience and understanding!
